Job Summary
This position requires the ability to work simultaneously with real estate agents, lenders, sellers/borrowers, and other title companies to ensure a smooth and efficient closing process. Communication and strong attention to detail are key in this role as the processor acts as the control board, while doing things like; reviewing purchase agreements, drafting, and proofing various closing documents, clearing title, balancing closing figures, and ensuring everything is on track for the closings. Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients as well as with fellow employees, a high level of service and satisfaction for all parties involved is the goal.
Duties
Maintain relationships with clients
Review purchase agreements and retain pertinent information
Read and review title work
Clear any title issues that are applicable
Order payoff statements, HOA letters, Water Bills and any other necessary statements
Make and receive phone calls in a professional manner
Schedule closings with the clients/loan officers/real estate agents
Input and balance all closing figures within Softpro with high accuracy
Ensure all closing instruction are followed as stated in the lenders closing package
Draft closing documents accordingly
Act as point of contact for the agents, loan officers, borrowers, and sellers
Comply with company policies and procedures regarding, software, industry standards, compliance, security, underwriter requirements, client requirements, and HR policies.
Promote professionalism and maintain customer confidence.
Fully assess any situation before acting.
Requirements
Possess Insurance Producer License, and would prefer Notary Commission
Strong attention to detail
Have an in-depth knowledge of the real estate closing process and real estate industry.

Be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs; knowledge of SoftPro Select.
Computer skills including working knowledge of spreadsheet, word processing and database software packages, internet applications and/or company specific computer applications.
Demonstrate ability to prioritize unrelated projects, duties, and tasks.
Have an overall knowledge of the real estate closing process.
Must not actively sell real estate or collect any commissions or referral fees and recruiting fees or profit sharing fees after Liberty employment.

Other Duties & Requirements
This job operates in a clerical office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopier/scanner and filing systems.
The job requires local and some out of state travel, travel between offices, client visits, attending events, and networking opportunities.
Work Environment
This is largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Physical Demands
This is a full time position. Standar work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, times may arrise when hours outside of this block of time is needed.
Expected Hours of Work
Driving and regional travel required.
Travel
Minimum of 5 years of title and closing experience.
High school diploma. Desirable to have Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field.
