David Buelow

David Buelow is a native of St. Paul and currently resides in Blaine.  Dave attended the University of New Hampshire and then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.  Prior to founding the commercial division of All American Title, Dave was in private law practice in Minneapolis as a real estate attorney, representing banks and real estate investors as well as residential and commercial developers.

In addition to his role as President of All American Commercial Title, Inc., in 2002, Dave founded a construction lending company, where he was actively involved in underwriting every transaction, monitoring disbursement of each loan, and tracking monthly financials.  Dave has worked extensively in the real estate area, both as a very hands-on construction lender and then in the process of monetizing assets of his financial institution to the satisfaction of his senior lenders.

Maria Kisielius

Maria Kisielius joined All American Commercial Title in 2009 as an Executive Closer.  Prior to joining All American, Maria worked as a paralegal with a focus on disputes involving commercial real property.  Maria also has considerable experience as a foreclosure specialist.  In addition to her background in the legal field, Maria worked as a developer assistant for a successful local acquisition and development firm where she assisted in securing funding for and monitoring construction of multi-family residences and rehabilitation of existing properties.

Bob Gleason

Bob Gleason attended St. John’s University (MN) and received his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1984.  Bob was in the private practice of law focusing on the areas of real estate and commercial law until 1989 when he joined Burnet Title to manage the commercial / new construction department.  In 1992, Bob founded a full-service residential and commercial title insurance and closing company.  Bob was actively involved in underwriting, examining, closing and disbursing file as well as issuing final policies.  Bob specializes in commercial / new construction title with over 20 years of experience.

Holli Hauschild

Holli Hauschild joined All American Commercial Title in 2010 as an Executive Closer.  Holli attended the University of Minnesota where she received a degree in Business Administration.  Holli has over 13 years of title and closing experience and has handled a wide range of closing transactions, including residential, new construction, foreclosure, short sales, commercial and other complicated transactions.

Margaret (Maggie) Lattary

Margaret (Maggie) Lattary is an invaluable asset to All American Commercial Title in her role as Commercial Closing Assistant.  With her 25 years of experience at Old Republic Title, Maggie has a keen understanding of underwriting standards and documentation.  Prior to joining All American, Maggie also worked for Commercial Partners Title as a commercial closing assistant for five years
